We worked with Talent Management and the leadership team to design and implement their first-ever accelerated development program for high-potential talent. Each individual engaged with a senior leader sponsor, underwent a 360-degree assessment, built a rigorous development plan, and worked with a Collabrium coach for nine months on targeted skills and mindsets needed for the next role.
This program successfully prepared leaders for executive positions. Organizational objectives that were achieved included:
