Dr. Brynteson has helped the Singapore military redesign work systems around Chinook helicopters, F-16 fighter planes, and naval patrol boats. Richard has created leadership training programs for several companies. He has helped engineers become more personable, executives become less fearful, and managers become more thoughtful.
