Steve has twenty years of experience and a diverse background working with business leaders on organization and leadership development initiatives in several large and small national and international organizations. Steve works with clients to find the right solutions that have real positive financial impact. Steve challenges his clients to look past quick fix solutions and identify changes that will be effective in the short and long term.
Steve loves to travel and has made his way to 28 countries to teach, consult, and explore culture. He has also facilitated strategic planning and leadership development workshop in several industries, including nonprofit. Steve’s research agenda and practice is focused on leadership development. In particular, he has published and co-published 14 peer-reviewed journal articles, one book, and two book chapters.
