Two-Day Retreat Results in Big Ideas

For the largest television station in Malaysia, we worked with the station’s best producers to create four new television programs, each focused on a key demographic.

The Work

In a two-day planning meeting, participants learned and applied tried and true innovation techniques such as Assumption Testing, Rapid Prototype Building, and 25 Questions.

The Results

  • The innovation techniques helped participants built a deeper understanding of the four chosen demographic groups (Tweens, Young Adults, Malay Stay-at-Home Mothers, and Senior Citizens).
  • During the session the plotlines, main characters and three episodes were created for each of the four programs.
