Steve has twenty five years of experience and a diverse background working with business leaders on organization and leadership development initiatives in large and small national and international organizations. Steve works with clients to find the right solutions that have real positive financial impact. Steve challenges his clients to look past quick fix solutions and identify changes that will be effective in the short and long term.
Steve is a 2019 Fulbright Scholar in Innovation and Organizational Change. He is also the chair of the graduate Human Resource Management program in the College of Business and Technology at Concordia University, St. Paul, MN. Steve loves to travel and has made his way to 37 countries to teach, consult, and explore culture. He has also facilitated strategic planning and leadership development workshops across industries and nonprofit organizations. Steve’s research agenda is focused on leadership development and strategic management. In particular, he has published and co-published 14 peer-reviewed journal articles, one book, and two book chapters.
