For over 25 years, Pam amassed experience as principal and working partner of two organization development consulting and business coaching firms (Minnesota and Texas). She has maintained her status as an internationally credentialed executive and leadership coach. Pam established business relationships across diverse industries and sectors. She served in a corporate role as Vice President of Human Resource Management and Director of Operations in the construction industry. She was a principal of two international businesses in the travel and tourism industry. Pam worked extensively with state and county agencies, focused on the design and implementation of emerging leader programs and the immersion of executive coaching into public-sector cultures. As a ten-year adjunct professor at Concordia University, Pam facilitated coursework in MBA and MA graduate programs focused on Organization Management, Leadership and Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Kinesiology, and Sport Management.
